Who we are

LeelaRam Technologies ("we", "us") is a software company based in Mumbai, India. This policy covers the website at https://www.leelaramtechnologies.com and the software products we publish, including SellRank for Shopify. Questions about it go to leelaramtechnologies@gmail.com.

This website

The website itself collects very little:

• Contact and early-access forms: the name, email, company or store name and message you type. They are delivered to us by a form service and used only to reply to you. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
• Analytics: if advertising measurement is enabled, Google's tag records page views and the conversion events described in our code (a form submitted, a product link clicked). No form contents are sent to Google.
• A small browser-storage flag that remembers you have dismissed the site's announcement so it isn't shown again in the same session.

SellRank (Shopify app)

When a merchant installs the app, Shopify grants it access to the store through an access token that we store securely and use only to operate the app. The app stores:

• Your sort configurations, drafts, versions and sync history.
• Anonymous per-product daily counters of product views and add-to-carts, collected by the app's web pixel. These are aggregates — a number per product per day. No customer identifiers, no sessions, no personal data of your shoppers.
• Aggregate order and revenue figures per product, read from your store to rank products. We do not store individual orders or customer records.
• If you connect Google Analytics, the property ID you enter and the aggregate daily view and add-to-cart figures imported from it. No Google credentials are stored: you grant our service account read access on your side and can revoke it at any time.
• Support conversations you start inside the app, and your plan status.

What SellRank never does

• It never stores your customers' names, emails, addresses or any personal data. Shopify's mandatory customer data request and erasure webhooks are acknowledged automatically because there is nothing to hand over or erase.
• It never edits your theme or adds code to your storefront other than the sandboxed web pixel Shopify installs on the app's behalf.
• It never sells or shares your data with third parties. The only processors are the infrastructure the app runs on (hosting and database) and, if you choose to connect it, Google Analytics.

Uninstalling and deletion

Uninstalling the app stops all syncing immediately. Shopify then sends us a shop-erasure request, on which we delete every record we hold for the store — configurations, history, counters, support threads and the access token. Your collections keep their last pushed order on manual sorting until you change them in Shopify admin.

Retention and security

We keep product data for as long as the app is installed, and website enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit; secrets are never committed to code or logged.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you or your store, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent to any optional processing, by writing to leelaramtechnologies@gmail.com. We answer within a reasonable time and never charge for it.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes to how a product handles data are announced inside that product.
