Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of https://www.leelaramtechnologies.com and of the software products published by LeelaRam Technologies ("we", "us"), including SellRank for Shopify (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you use a product on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Using our products

Our products are provided under the plan you select, which may include a free tier and paid subscriptions billed through the platform the product runs on (for Shopify apps, through Shopify's billing). Plan limits are stated on the product page and in the app. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

What you're responsible for

• Keeping your platform account and access secure.
• Reviewing an order or configuration before you publish it — the products give you a preview for exactly that reason.
• Using the Services lawfully and not attempting to reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with them.

What we're responsible for

We provide the Services with care and skill, keep them monitored, and answer support within a reasonable time. We publish verification results for our products and label estimates as estimates. The Services are provided as-is: we don't guarantee any particular business outcome, since sales depend on far more than software.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or profits. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Your data

How we handle data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You keep all rights to your store data; you grant us only what's needed to run the Services for you.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the products. We may suspend or end access for misuse. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling or cancelling.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction. Questions go to leelaramtechnologies@gmail.com.
