The PrimeStyle engagement covers theme architecture, custom Shopify development, analytics, integrations and deployments on a live US store; the Chamunda Constructions site is a fully prerendered marketing site with per-page SEO, structured data and tracked enquiries; SellRank is a public Shopify app built on the Admin API, Web Pixels and Shopify billing; and our own mobile app is in development on the same verification-first approach.
Headless Shopify storefronts are part of the Shopify service line. In a headless build the storefront is a Next.js application that reads products, collections and prices through Shopify's APIs and renders finished HTML on the server, while Shopify keeps running checkout, orders and the catalogue. It suits stores whose theme has hit a performance or design ceiling; for many stores a well-built theme is the better answer, and we say so when it is.
Engagements start with a conversation and a written statement of the problem, then move in small, complete releases that go into real use early — on a live store, that means shipping without taking it offline. Each release is verified with automated checks and measurement, and launch is the beginning of the relationship: most clients stay on a light monthly arrangement for monitoring and improvements. The client owns the code and the content.
We are based in Mumbai, India, and work remotely with clients in India and the United States. Working hours are IST, with time-zone overlap agreed per project, and support for our own products is answered by the same people who build them. How does a project start?+
With a conversation and then a plain statement of the problem we both agree is the right one — before any proposal or design. That statement becomes the brief.
How long does a website take?+
A site like Chamunda Constructions — a marketing site with a portfolio, articles and tracked enquiries — is typically a few weeks from brief to live, depending on how quickly content arrives.
Do you maintain what you build?+
Yes. Launch is the start of the relationship: we keep monitoring, keep answering, and keep shipping improvements. Most clients stay on a light monthly arrangement.
Who owns the code and the content?+
The client does. Sites are handed over in a repository the client owns, with documentation on how to add content without a developer.
What is a headless Shopify storefront, and do I need one?+
A headless storefront is a custom front end — we build them in Next.js — that reads your catalogue through Shopify's APIs and renders pages on the server, while Shopify keeps handling checkout, orders and products. It makes sense when a theme has hit a performance or design ceiling. If your theme already loads fast and your team can edit it, you probably don't need one, and we'll tell you which applies.
Can you take over an existing Shopify store rather than build a new one?+
Yes — that is what the PrimeStyle engagement is: taking ownership of a live, revenue-earning store's theme architecture, integrations and release process, and improving it release by release without taking the store offline.
Do you build public Shopify App Store apps?+
Yes. SellRank is our own App Store product, and the same foundation — embedded admin UI, Admin API, web pixels, GDPR webhooks, billing and the submission process — is available for client apps, private or public.
