Growth, consistency, relationship, trust. Every agency claims something like it. Here is what each one means in practice at LeelaRam Technologies, including the times it makes our work harder.
Picking a software partner is mostly an exercise in reading between the lines, because everyone's website says the same four or five things. So rather than claim to be the best, here is precisely what we do differently, what it costs, and how you can check.
Growth: we build for a number you name
Before anything is built, the client states the metric that would make the project worth doing — a conversion rate, a lead, a retained user, an hour of somebody's week. Every product we ship is instrumented so that number is measured, not assumed. The cost: it makes the first conversation longer and occasionally kills features people were attached to. If a feature cannot be shown to move something, it does not ship.
Consistency: proof runs before every release
Every product carries an automated verification suite that runs before it goes out. SellRank's covers more than 78,000 sorting cases and a live-store audit that reads every position back from Shopify. That suite caught a real bug before launch — positions computed on a filtered list skewed every insert once one unexpected product appeared — and the case that found it now runs on every build. The cost: we ship slower than a team that tests by clicking around.
Relationship: a person, not a ticket queue
Our products ship with an in-app inbox that reaches the team directly. The roadmap is shaped by the people who use them. Launch is the start of the engagement, not the end of it — we stay on, keep monitoring and keep shipping what users ask for. The cost: we take on fewer clients than we could.
Trust: honest numbers, labelled estimates
We collect the minimum a feature needs and say what it is. Where a product has no cost price recorded, SellRank reports zero margin rather than inventing one, and the option is labelled 'estimated' on the product page. Pricing has no surprise meters. When something breaks, our own monitoring tells you before you find out the hard way.
What we are not
We are not a large agency, and there are projects better served by one. We are a small company in Mumbai founded in 2026 by Sumit Chavda, who builds and stays on the work. If you need forty people on site next quarter, that is not us. If you want the person who wrote the code to answer the phone in year three, that is exactly us.
The work behind the claims
- SellRank — a Shopify app born from a collection-ordering engine proven on a live jewellery store before it was a product.
- PrimeStyle — end-to-end redevelopment of a US diamond-jewellery brand's production Shopify store, from storefront architecture to the release process.
- Chamunda Constructions — a prerendered marketing site with a projects portfolio, local SEO foundation and measurable enquiries, for a contractor with a twenty-year track record.
- A mobile application for iOS and Android, in development, built the same way.
Judge us on that, and on whether the checks we describe can actually be re-run. That is the only version of 'best' worth arguing about.
