Your message lands with the founder, not a queue, and a reply usually arrives within one business day (IST). A line or two is enough to start: the business or store, the problem you want solved, and any date that matters. You don't need a specification — writing the problem down plainly is the first thing we do together, before any proposal.
We build Shopify apps and storefront technology, websites, mobile apps and custom software for clients in India, the United States and elsewhere, working remotely from Mumbai. Recent work includes the PrimeStyle Shopify redevelopment and the Chamunda Constructions website.

Usually within one business day, India Standard Time. Anything that stops a SellRank sync from working is treated as urgent.

The business or store URL, the problem in your own words, and any deadline. Screenshots or a link to the collection or page in question help. A formal brief isn't needed — we write the problem statement with you.

Where are you located, and which time zones do you work with?+
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Working hours are IST; for clients in the United States and elsewhere we agree an overlap window per project.
