SellRank was approved and published on the Shopify App Store on 14 October 2026. What it does, what each plan includes, and how to install it and sort your first collection.
On 14 October 2026, Shopify approved SellRank and published it on the Shopify App Store. SellRank is the first product from LeelaRam Technologies, the software company we run in Mumbai, and you can install it today from its listing at apps.shopify.com/sellrank-collection-sort.
It does one job. It decides the order of the products in a Shopify collection by what actually sells, and writes that order into Shopify's own manual collection sort. Your theme already shows that order, so there is no code to add and no theme to edit.
What SellRank does
SellRank ranks the products in any collection by real performance: views, add-to-carts, orders, revenue, conversion rate and profit. You describe the page the way a merchandiser thinks about it, as percentage slots. The first 20% might be in-stock bestsellers, the next 20% new arrivals, and the rest follows revenue. The live preview shows the exact order, product by product, before anything changes in your store.
- 19 ranking strategies, from revenue and conversion to profit and sell-through
- First-party engagement pixel — views and carts from day one, no Google Analytics needed
- Live preview with drag & drop, pins and demotions before anything goes live
- Drafts, scheduled publishes and automatic revert for campaigns
- Daily or weekly re-sorts, in your store's own time zone
- Per-version performance attribution so merchants can prove what worked
- Sort-health monitoring that flags any order drifting on Shopify
How to install it
- 1Open SellRank's listing at apps.shopify.com/sellrank-collection-sort and click Install.
- 2Approve the permissions Shopify shows you. SellRank asks to read orders and inventory, to update products, which is how it writes the collection order, and to install its storefront pixel.
- 3Shopify's own plan page opens. Choose Free to try SellRank on one collection, or start a seven-day trial of a paid plan. Billing runs through Shopify, on your Shopify invoice.
- 4Click Create smart sort, pick a collection, check the order in the live preview, then click Publish & sync. Open the collection in Shopify admin and you will see the same order there.
Plans
- Free, $0 forever: one collection with the full editor, live preview and curation, plus one live sync to see it on your own store.
- Grow, $29 a month or $290 a year: 15 collections, unlimited live syncs, daily or weekly automatic re-sorts, drafts with scheduled publishes and auto-revert, version history, performance analytics and sort-health monitoring.
- Scale, $69 a month or $690 a year: 75 collections, everything in Grow, a global rule for every collection, the Google Analytics 4 history import and profit metrics, and drift alerts with one-click re-sync.
- Max, $249 a month or $2,490 a year: unlimited collections, everything in Scale, priority support and a direct line to the founder for merchandising advice.
Every paid plan starts with a seven-day free trial, and paying yearly gets two months free.
Who it is for
SellRank is for Shopify stores whose collections are long enough that order matters: when a shopper sees the first two rows and leaves, the products in those rows decide the sale. If your collections are sorted by upload date, by a manual order nobody has touched in months, or by best-selling over all time, SellRank replaces that with an order that follows the numbers and keeps itself current.
What comes next
SellRank changes in public: every release is listed, dated and in plain language on our changelog. LeelaRam Technologies' second product, a mobile application for iOS and Android, is in development, with an early-access list open on its product page.
If you install SellRank and something is unclear, write to us from Support inside the app. A person who built it answers, in the same thread.
